Peel Plateau

The Peel Plateau Project covers an area in northeastern Yukon Territory and northwestern Northwest Territories

Status

2002
Field work for the Peel Plateau Earthcover Mapping Project took place in summer 2002. A total of 441 sites were visited during this period, representing thirty-two different land cover classes.

2004
Delivery of the final earth cover classification is expected during the winter of 2004.
