Greenwing Youth Gift Membership 
Encouraging kids to help save Canada’s wetlands
Celebrate the valuable role young people play in the future of wetland conservation by purchasing a Greenwing youth membership.
A donation of $15 will give your special child:
- a collectible DUC wristband
- stickers and decals
- a Marsh World wetland handbook
- an exciting wetland activity book
- a Greenwing certificate
Legacy Greenwing (up to age 21)
For a minimum one-time donation of $300, a child of any age can be enrolled in the Greenwing program as a Legacy Greenwing. Legacy sponsors also receive all the benefits of a Bronze DUC sponsor.
In each province, funds raised through the Legacy Greenwing program will be used to underwrite a DUC wetland conservation project. This project will be dedicated to the Legacy Greenwings, their families and their sponsors.
The project will ensure that the wetland is conserved into the future. The name of each Legacy Greenwing will be engraved on a bronze plaque mounted on a permanent marker at their wetland.
Depending on their age, Legacy Greenwing members will be initially enrolled in the Junior Greenwing or Senior Greenwing categories. Once Junior Greenwing members reach 13 years of age, their membership automatically converts to the Senior Greenwing category.
Tax Receipts
An official tax receipt will be issued for donations of more than $10 or on request. In compliance with Canada’s Revenue Agency regulations, the fair market value of any gift or premium received must be deducted from a donor’s official tax receipt
