Become a DUC Sponsor with a Charitable Donation
Canada’s wetlands are one of our greatest resources. They provide habitat for hundreds of species of wildlife and naturally filter our water. Despite this, as much as 70 per cent of Canada’s original wetlands have been lost in settled areas of the country. Together we can stop wetland loss. Become a Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC) sponsor – for less than 70 cents a day – and save one acre of wetland habitat.
Acre by acre we can save wetlands for tomorrow, today. DUC is committed to wetland conservation to ensure these habitats continue to benefit people and wildlife into the future. But DUC needs your help to conserve these natural areas.
Depending on the amount of your charitable donation, you’ll become a sponsor in one of the following categories and will receive: a lapel pin, a tax receipt and recognition in DUC’s annual report. All sponsors also receive a DUC identification card, an annual subscription to the Conservator magazine, and a subscription to DUC’s online newsletter e-DUC.

- Bronze sponsor
With a donation of $250-$499, you will receive your choice of one exclusive art print from a selection of three, OR a special framed bronze sponsor certificate.
Bronze sponsors have the opportunity to have their print professionally matted, framed and inset with an exclusive DUC bronze sponsor medallion for an additional $100 charge (not included in tax receipt).
- Silver Sponsor
With a donation of $500-$999, you will receive a deluxe framed sponsor print inset with an exclusive silver sponsor medallion or a special framed silver sponsor certificate.
- Gold sponsor
With a donation of $1,000 - $4,999 you will receive a handsome bronze-finished sculpture inset with an exclusive gold sponsor medallion or a special framed gold sponsor certificate.
In addition to the bronze, silver and gold sponsorships, there are other ways you can become a DUC sponsor. For a contribution of $10,000 or more, you can become a major sponsor. Opportunities also exist to support wetland education through Project Webfoot.
