Long-lost species returns to the prairies

This was a pterrible April Fools joke. We know that you know that Pteranodon species have been extinct for about 80 million years. Even our talented team of scientists can’t bring them back.

Instead, our scientists are hard at work researching existing species and habitat all across Canada. Their work helps us make a difference for present-day species at risk and protect hundreds of species of plants and animals that rely on wetlands.
