The Honourable Iona Campagnolo, Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia, today presented the 2007 Lieutenant Governor’s Conservation Award to Dr. Vernon (Bert) Brink, aged 94, for his outstanding contribution towards wetland conservation and education in B.C.
