New Seaduck Joint Venture Established

Amherst NS, September 22 – Populations of seaducks such as eiders on Canada's East Coast are below desirable levels and have generated international concern. The newly established Seaduck Joint Venture unites Ducks Unlimited with the Canadian Wildlife Service and other Canadian and American conservation organizations and agencies to determine the status of seaducks and identify actions that will benefit populations of these birds.
