Educating youth about wetlands and waterfowl are key parts of Ducks Unlimited Canada's (DUC) conservation mission. Project Webfoot and other programs help student understand and play an important role in taking action to protect the environment now and in the future.

Curriculum ResourcesLinked to the elementary curriculum (habitats and communities, biodiversity) Project Webfoot resources (en francais) are available to sponsored classes in Grade 4 to 6. Taking Action! Our Wetland HeroesWe encourage students of all ages to take action for wetland conservation and become Wetland Heroes. Our Wetland Centres of Excellence program works with secondary schools who have a long-term commitment to conserving and educating others about a local wetland. Canadian Wetland Adventure CampA hands-on learning adventure for a select group of young people ages 14 – 17 at our award-winning Oak Hammock Marsh in Manitoba. Provides a firsthand look at Ducks Unlimited Canada and its conservation work. |
