Maintenance Technician – Manitoba
Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC) is seeking a “maintenance-minded” individual for casual employment at Oak Hammock Marsh near Stonewall, Manitoba.
Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC), the leader in wetland conservation, is seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual to fill the part-time position of Maintenance Technician at Oak Hammock Marsh, near Stonewall, Manitoba. Completing day-to-day general maintenance activities, you will be required to work day, evening and weekend shifts.
- Cutting grass
- Trimming weeds
- Snow removal
- Meeting room set-up
- Building clean-up
- Pressure washing
- Other general maintenance duties as assigned
This position involves physical work, heavy lifting and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- 1-2 years related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with others in teams as well as with little supervision
- Valid driver’s license
