Corduroy Marsh

Ducks Unlimited Canada restored this wetland in 1998-1999 in partnership with Corduroy Brook Enhancement Association, which maintains an extensive trail network and nearby interpretive centre. Fogarty's Marsh

A natural community asset, the wetland provides water storage for storm runoff and supports clean water in Nagles Hill Brook. In the wetland, discover native plants and other wildlife, and enjoy the surrounding network of backcountry trails. Located in Pippy Park, one of the largest urban parks in Canada. Trails. Glynmill Inn Marsh

You would never know this was a former industrial settling pond! Ducks Unlimited Canada enhanced the Corner Brook Marsh in 1996 in collaboration with Corner Brook Pulp and Paper. It has since become a productive cattail marsh and a popular viewing area for birds and other wildlife.
