Volunteer Innovation Award

Recognize a volunteer or committee’s outstanding performance and achievement through innovative and creative approaches.

Use this form to nominate yourself, a volunteer or a committee who demonstrated outstanding performance and achievement using innovative and creative approaches resulting in new or improved events, sponsorships, fundraisers or volunteer recruitment.

Nominations will be reviewed by a selection committee. We hope to award a volunteer from each province and territory. Selected volunteers will receive a certificate and be announced in the next volunteer issue of the Soar newsletter.

Additional Details:

Ducks Unlimited Canada directors and staff are ineligible for nomination.
Nominees not selected and nominees that are selected can be nominated again in subsequent years.
Individuals and chapters may nominate themselves.
Nominees considered for an award will not be part of the award decision-making process.
Final decisions shall be made based on information from the nomination form only.
