Congratulations, Duck Detective—you’ve been banded!
The bracelet you got at school or a special education event helps you find out what kind of duck you are and where you migrate. Scientists “band” or tag ducks and other birds with specifically numbered bracelets to help them learn more about the birds and how to conserve them.
To find out what kind of duck you are, there are two steps.
- Pick the bracelet colour that matches yours.
- Choose the province you live in.
Read all about your duck and then print a certificate with your name on it to show your friends and family what a great Duck Detective you are.
